Dutch Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 pinch salt
8 oz. unsalted sweet butter (use while cold and hard)
lemon peel (from 1 lemon) or 1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 egg
cinnamon
1/2 or 1 c. raisins, soak in a little bit of rum
8 medium apples (Gala or Jonagold gives a good taste)
