Methodist Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 medium chopped onions
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. rice (not instant), uncooked
    soy sauce to suit taste
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; add rest of the ingredients.
    Put into a buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
