Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    single size lime jello
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped cherries
    1 regular can Dole crushed pineapple
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
    Cool Whip
    cherries
    pecan halves
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Save 1 cup of juice.
    Make jello according to directions except use the 1 cup juice instead of 2nd cup of water. Blend in mayo.
    Pour into a mold.
    Add chopped pecans, cherries, pineapple and cheese.
    Refrigerate.
    Remove from mold.
    Cover with Cool Whip and garnish with pecans, cherry halves and shredded cheese.
