Zucchini-Tomato Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
    Add zucchini and mushrooms; cook, stirring often, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Add tomatoes; cook 1 minute, stirring often.
    Drain vegetables and return to skillet; gently stir in parsley and next 5 ingredients. Cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
    Remove skillet from heat.
    Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serve immediately.
