Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    olive oil
    Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel eggplant and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Put into boiling water and let come to a boil.
    Drain.
    Dip each slice in olive oil and roll in Italian bread crumbs.
    Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
