Skillet Sauerbraten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. diced celery
    1 can condensed onion soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots
    1/2 c. crushed gingersnaps
    1 can green limas
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add celery.
    Cook until done.
    Add red wine, water and onion soup.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add gingersnaps.
    Mix. Then add carrots and limas.
