Chicken Dice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked and cut up chicken
    4 c. cooked rice (wild grain tastes best)
    2 c. milk or half and half
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 box frozen broccoli flowerets
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Blend together milk and soup.
    Mix all other ingredients in a large casserole dish (except bread crumbs).
    Stir in soup mixture. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until bubbly.
