Microwave Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    On two 9-inch plates covered with wax paper, press half of dough to form a 9-inch circle.
    Press perforations together to seal.
    Brush each lightly with cooking oil.
    Microwave one pizza at a time at Medium-high for 4 minutes.
    Flip dough over and carefully remove waxed paper.
    Microwave on Medium-high 3 to 3 1/2 minutes more, until set and crisp.
    There will be some brown spots.
    Divide tomato sauce evenly between the 2 crusts, spreading to edge.
    Add toppings on both and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at Medium-high 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove immediately for crisper crust.
