Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 c. milk
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, buttered on each side and cubed
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard.
    Put buttered bread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Crumble layers of sausage and cheese over bread; repeat layering. Pour milk mixture over all.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake about 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Bacon may be used; more eggs may be used.
