Ingredients

1/2 lb. margarine
4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 cake yeast
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour and cut in shortening until very fine crumbs.
Add rest of ingredients and work until dough leaves sides of bowl. Divide into sections. Roll out on granulated sugar. Cut in squares and fill with filling of choice. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until nice and brown.
