Low-Fat Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. \"Sea Legs\" or cooked shrimp
    4 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry dill
    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 peeled, seeded and grated cucumber, dried on paper towels
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 Tbsp. small capers
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Serve salad in tomato cups or on a bed of romaine lettuce.
    Serves 4.
