Deluxe Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. orange sherbet
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Blend in sherbet.
Chill until very thick.
Stir in cottage cheese.
Put in 1-quart mold. Chill until firm.
