Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spread thawed potatoes in 9 x 13-inch
    pan; mix remaining ingredients in a pan and heat until cheese melts.
    Then pour over potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
