Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can beef bouillon
    onion rings
    green pepper rings
    6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Brown pork chops and drain. Place rice in bottom of baking dish. Add browned pork chops. Blend tomatoes and bouillon in blender (may substitute tomato juice). Pour over pork chops and rice. Add onion slices and green pepper rings. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
