1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
