Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. spinach liquid
    8 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute butter, flour and chopped onion.
    Add spinach liquid and remaining ingredients, except spinach.
    Stir until cheese melts. Add cooked spinach.
    Top with bread crumbs, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly (about 15 minutes).
    May be made ahead and frozen.
    Thaw thoroughly before cooking.
