Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon, juice and grated rind
Preparation

Mix egg yolks and flour.
Stir in milk slowly.
Blend well with sugar and butter, which has been creamed together.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Beat egg whites stiff and fold in.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
