Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage or 1/2 hot and 1/2 regular
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together with hands.
    Roll into small balls.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    (Can be made ahead and frozen.)
