Poke Salad And Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    poke salad greens
    salt
    bacon grease
    1 egg
Preparation
    Wash greens carefully several times.
    Cook in handful of salt until tender.
    Drain and rinse several times.
    Put 2 cups in skillet with some bacon grease and cook until all water is out. Add salt.
    Add beaten egg and scramble in poke.
