Spaghetti With White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
    1 lb. spaghetti or linguine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute garlic in oil until brown.
    Discard garlic.
    Add parsley, salt and pepper.
    Drain juice from clams and add to oil mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add clams and heat through. Cook pasta.
    Toss with butter.
    Top with 1/2 clam sauce.
    Serve with remaining sauce and grated cheese.
    Serves 4.
