Quick Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can (8 3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, salt and red pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
