Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white rice
    chicken pieces
    2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put uncooked white rice in the bottom of a roasting pan or deep baking dish.
    Place chopped onion on top.
    Add 1 cup of water.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice and pour cans of soup over chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
