Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. soft bread cubes
    6 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    raisins (as many as you would like)
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Add together the sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. Add this to the beaten eggs.
    Pour this all over the bread cubes that have been put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place in a larger pan with 1/2-inch of water in it.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour, until inserted knife comes out clean.
