Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat sugar and eggs until thick; stir in oil.
Sift all dry ingredients together; stir into egg mixture.
Fold carrots, nuts, pineapple and coconut into batter.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
