Lo-Fat Turkey Cutlets - cooking recipe

1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. oat bran cereal
1 lb. turkey cutlets
4 oz. egg substitute
Preparation
-
Mix flour and bran cereal in large bowl.
Pound turkey cutlets flat with hand.
Dip each cutlet into egg substitute, then into flour mixture and coat well.
