Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    6 qt. water
    seasoned salt
    4 large onions
    4 green peppers
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 (4 oz.) jars chopped pimento, drained
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender in water generously seasoned with seasoned salt.
    Remove chicken and reserve broth.
    Cook, skin and debone chicken.
    Set aside.
    Simmer onions, peppers and celery in 1 cup reserved broth until tender.
    Cook spaghetti in remaining broth until just tender; drain and reserve broth.
