Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large pieces soup bone
    4 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    4 stalks celery
    4 carrots
    1 pkg. frozen okra
    1 can whole kernel corn
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste or sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    dash of rosemary leaves
    dash of basil
Preparation
    Place
    pieces of soup bone in water to cover in a large pan. Season
    with
    salt.
    Simmer several hours.
    Remove meat, strain broth
    and
    place broth back into clean pan.
    Cut meat into
    bite size
    pieces.
    Add
    vegetables,
    tomato
    paste and parsley. Season with rosemary leaves, basil, salt and pepper. Continue
    to cook
    for
    30 to 45 minutes until vegetables are tender.
