Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small head lettuce, torn in pieces
    3 small tomatoes, diced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can red kidney beans with juice
    1 small bag nacho Doritos
    8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing
    taco sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Prepare salad in a large bowl. Add cheese.
    Add beans and meat.
    Crush chips and add.
    Just before serving, add Catalina dressing.
    Serve with taco sauce. Serve immediately.
