Never Fail Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cold oleo
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Cut in oleo with fork or pastry blender.
    Add milk.
    Mix to make a soft dough.
