Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. hot pepper
    3/4 c. bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Preparation
    Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and boil 1 or 2 minutes vigorously.
    Set off stove for 5 minutes.
    Add Certo. Mix well.
    Pour into jars and seal.
    Makes 7 1/2 pints.
    Serve over cream cheese with crackers.
