Oven Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes
    seasoned salt to taste
    1 tsp. dried onion
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. shredded cheese (for sprinkling on top)
Preparation
    Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to directions on package.
    Add seasoned salt, onion, basil, olives and cheese. Place in lightly greased rectangular casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
    Serves 12.
    This can be made several hours ahead and refrigerated until baking.
