Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 qt. fresh spinach, loosely filled
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Toast almonds at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes, until light brown. Combine all except almonds.
    Marinate several hours in refrigerator.
    Add almonds just before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
