Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 1/4 c. corn meal
3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
5 tsp. soda
salt to taste
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. mustard

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by tablespoon into deep hot fat fryer or large saucepan with hot oil.
Brown; drain.
