Pumpkin Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. can of pumpkin pie filling
    4 cups of milk
    1 cup of white rice uncooked
    3/4 cup of sugar
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    2 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Cook rice. Set aside. In a large saucepan, bring milk, pumpkin, rice, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and salt to a boil. Simmer about 6 minutes.
