Tamale Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crumbled cornbread
    10 oz. can mild enchilada sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. ground round
Preparation
    Mix cornbread and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, salt and ground round.
    Form into small balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Mix remaining enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
    Put meat balls into baking dish and pour on the sauce.
    Top with cheese.
    Serve warm.
