Broccoli Casserole With Velveeta Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    1 bag thawed frozen broccoli
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter; cut cheese in cubes and melt into butter.
    Add soup and milk.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Mix in broccoli and rice with cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
