Hot Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Add yeast to water; stir until dissolved.
Add 2 cups flour. Mix well.
Let stand 25 minutes.
Knead well on floured surface. Pulling off small handfuls, work into balls (size of plum) and place into greased pan.
Let rise again.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown on top about the time the smell will drive you crazy and you can't wait to eat one!
