Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 can Eagle Brand milk (not evaporated)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In top double boiler, melt chocolate over hot water.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt and, if desired, nuts.
    Stir until smooth.
    Turn into wax paper lined 8-inch pan.
    Chill.
    Store in airtight container.
