Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium Idaho potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. American or cheddar cheese (cut in chunks)
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Scrub potatoes well and dry thoroughly.
Bake in microwave or at 325\u00b0 until you can pierce with fork.
Cut baked potatoes lengthwise.
Scoop out potato and mix with butter, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, onions and crab meat.
Refill potato shells. Sprinkle with paprika.
At this point, potatoes can be wrapped and frozen for future use.
To serve immediately, reheat in very hot oven for 15 minutes.
