Pear Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned pears, drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. melted margarine or butter
Preparation
    Mix pear slices with brown sugar in baking dish.
    Set aside. Mix flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon and set aside.
    Beat egg; mix with flour mixture.
    Spread over fruit.
    Pour melted margarine on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes until lightly browned.
    Serve warm.
    Makes about 6 (3/4 cup) servings.
