Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. can red kidney beans
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in oil.
    Add beef.
    Cook, stirring to break apart, until light brown.
    Drain oil.
    Add all other ingredients and cook slowly for about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with crackers or corn chips.
