Buffalo Bills' Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 jar chunky picante sauce
1/3 head lettuce, cut in 1/4-inch squares
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can black olives, sliced
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sour cream (blender or mixer).
Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill.
Brown meat.
Drain.
Add taco seasoning and 1 cup water.
Bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes.
Cool.
Spread cooled meat mixture over cream cheese and sour cream.
Layer diced tomato and onion.
Spread picante sauce over.
Cover all with cut lettuce.
Top with shredded Cheddar. Sprinkle with sliced olives.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
