Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small can pimento
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and set overnight.
    Keep refrigerated and covered.
    Will keep for 6 weeks.
