Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sugar
grated rind of lemon
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. flour
4 eggs
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix butter, cup of flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Combine eggs, 2 cups sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, baking powder, 4 tablespoons flour and a dash of salt in crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Dust liberally with confectioners sugar.
