Lattice Top Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crushed gingersnaps
    3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. fresh raspberries or blueberries
    2 pt. strawberry or peach ice cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    whipped cream
Preparation
    For crust: Combine cookie crumbs and butter until well blended.
    Press onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Cool and chill.
