Quincy Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 quince
    2 c. sugar
    2 liters or 1/2 gal. juice of choice
Preparation
    Boil quince in water to cover. Strain out seeds, skin and stems. Mash remaining fruit. Add sugar to mashed fruit. Add quince mixture to juice and thin as desired with water. Adds a sparkly taste to orange and apple juices.
