Company Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
5 slices white bread
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
7 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Crumble sausage and brown in skillet.
Drain off grease and set aside.
Tear bread into small pieces and place in bottom of a 10 x 14-inch glass casserole dish which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.
Spread cheese over the meat.
Mix eggs with milk. Pour mixture over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
