Spinach-Cheese Pie(Spanakopitta, Greek Name) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 lb. crumbled Feta cheese
    1 c. Ricotta or farmer cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Kefalotiri or Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper
    1 stick sweet butter, melted
    8 oz. filo sheets
Preparation
    Wash the spinach well; tear it into bite size pieces, and discard the stems.
    Steam the spinach over boiling water for 8 minutes.
    (Or microwave in a large bowl for about one minute.) Drain well and pat dry on paper towels.
