Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large green chilies
1 lb. grated cheese
1 small onion, chopped fine
Preparation

Combine cheese and onion.
Fill green chilies, carefully to avoid breaking.
Fasten with toothpicks.
Dip stuffed chili into batter and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
If fresh green chilies are not available, canned ones may be used.
