Texas Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red pepper (optional)
3 tsp. salt
3 lb. chili meat
1/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. paprika
6 Tbsp. cornmeal
6 cloves garlic
Preparation

Sear meat in olive oil until gray colored.
Simmer in water to barely cover meat, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Add spices and cook 30 minutes longer.
Mix cornmeal with 1 cup cool water.
Add to mixture and cook 5 minutes longer.
